If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased on www.martvic.com you may do so within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of delivery.

All returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, with the original label and packaging. Items that do not meet these characteristics will be denied.

*The returns policy does not include custom-made and/or custom-designed products, neither skates once assembled.

The amount of the refund is borne by the customer except for a change of an item. Once the condition of the product has been checked, the change or refund will be made.

The customer must always request the return of the order via e-mail at martvicolot@gmail.com indicating the items they wish to return or exchange on the order form.
